Toby the host war really friendly and helpful and made sure we had a nice stay. The dogs are friendly as well! We followed all of Toby's recommendations for things to do in the area and were not disappointed (breakfast at Honeystreet Mill Cafy, visit to Avebury and Old Sarum). Overall we had a great stay:)

The Barge Inn is a little Paradise with the friendliest People. The Room was huge and a perfect Mix of beautyful renovated old and modern. I heard they sometimes host music Festivals (check their website). No idea if it can get loud then but as we were there it was super quiet at night and we slept wonderful. The Bed was big and very comfortable. I have to eat glutenfree and they offered me many options for breakfast (GF Granola, Cornflakes, Bread..) and a full english Breakfast. Also our dog was very welcomed. Even in the bar. We were so happy and already make plans to come back once for longer.

The best pub in the area. The food, the rooms and maybe the best is the friendly staff. I needed to get some extra work in and it was not a problem to make use of their hospitality for a bit longer. We keep on coming back.

Ben was so kind and gives us a lot of information around that area that we wanted. We had a lovely countryside view from the windows of our room. Breakfast was gorgeous! We greatly enjoyed staying at Elderbrook House for three nights. visiting Avebury stone circle, Lacock Abbey and the market towns of Devizes and Marlborough. Thank you for your warm hospitality.     Lovely spacious and very clean the host was very friendly.A new installed shower room was super. Plenty of free parking was available just over the road. Nice town with a great pub minutes away. Breakfast was served and the host was very flexible with my time schedule.

    The breakfast was great. I had to leave early in the morning and would have really struggled to find any breakfast if it wasn't provided. Free on street parking was excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable.
