It was a nice warm welcome from the host. I was shown to my room and all facilities and local amenities were explained to me. Then I was allowed my privacy and allowed to come and go as i pleased.

The full English breakfast was amazing homemade honey and marmalade are fantastic. Enough coffee to kick start my day. I didn’t get there till after 6pm but lots of great info about places to eat locally. I went to the fox inn on the recommendation of the owners and it didn’t disappoint very good food and only a mile or so down the road.

The location is perfect for visiting the local beaches and villages. Southwold and Aldeburgh were very quaint. Our evening meal was superb, it’s a must if you stay here. The breakfast service was fast, efficient and served with a smile..all in all very nice with a great choice on the menu. Watching the wild life from our garden view was wonderful..all in all a great stay. Totally recommend it.

Nothing spared! Generous on every level; from kitchen/dining room and bathroom essentials to a big basket of wood and tinder for the fire. Every room felt like a home from home from sumptuous beds, throws and soft cushions to soft lighting - everything from morning, noon and night had been considered and catered for. Welcoming, cosy and perfectly placed to explore Framlingham and beyond. Just wish we could have moved in!

We stayed at Wood Farm Barn for our wedding weekend and it exceeded all expectations. The accommodation was stunning, with fantastic facilities and thoughtful touches throughout. A real get away from it all holiday cottage. Very tranquil, yet easy to get to places of interest and good walks. Watched golfers by day and wildlife by night on the course The cottage was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner wss very helpful. Would be more than happy to stay here again
