Pretty much everything! From the friendly welcome, the gorgeous rooms, the lovely view and the fabulous food - it was all spot on. Special thanks to Mel on reception who was really helpful and knowledgeable. We had a bar meal and the serving staff were excellent, then the same at breakfast. All in all, a very enjoyable stay with the whole party planning to recommend The Royal to everyone in the Isle of Man!

Apartment had everything you could possibly want & need! Host Maria was very friendly, let us drop our bags off before official check in time & gave us advice on where to find the bars & clubs we wanted to go to. Location was ideal, 8 min walk to train station & shops.Quiet & comfortable stay, I'll definitely be staying again when I go back to Liverpool!

The room is very functional, clean and comfortable. The shared living room and kitchen are well-equipped. We feel like home. The host is super friendly and helpful. Amazing apartment! Very clean with a lot of facilities, including coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable, and we all got good night sleep. I would highly recommend it, especially if you are a Liverpool fan, as the apartment is only 12 minutes walking distance from Anfield.

This is a very good equipped, very clean and comfortable unit in Wallasey. I felt myself safe and calm, because the apartement is in a quiet Street near the Mersey River. The bed was comfortable, I slept so good! There're kitchenwares and toiletries, clear towels and bedlinen. I can't try the hot tub and the giant TV, 'cause I'd no time, but other costumers loved theese extras. The host was nice but I haven't got to ask him anything, 'cause I'd got everything for a perfect stay. The public transport to Liverpool and Chester is very good. I enjoyed the long walks by the Mersey on the promenade to New Brighton. I loved everything there!
