The owner of the property was amazing and so helpful providing us with information for places to visit. I was particularly interested in watching the horses training letting me know what time and location. Providing places to go for breakfast and about the charity shops from which I was lucky enough to purchase a hat for the races. We had a fire pit to enjoy a drink and snacks to enjoy

The location and grounds are excellent and the staff professional and attentive. The beds and pillows were so comfy. We ate lunch and had breakfast at the hotel and the food and quality ingredients were top class.

rooms were nice and cosy, the en-suite was a wet room with a great shower. more importantly the food was incredible. the best burger I’ve had in years. I’d highly recommend for the food alone so with the nice rooms and friendly and helpful staff it’s definitely worth a stay.

Easy to arrive from Newmarket's bus station. Close to the shopping mall and to all the big supermarkets. The decor of all the rooms in the house. all facilities were new. the bed was big and comfortable. house had very good energies in it.

Staff were excellent, food and drink selection was great, rooms were so clean and comfy and the full English breakfast the next morning was amazing. We will definitely stop here again.
