We had lost faith in Holiday Inn but the staff here were so helpful and welcoming we are definitely going to return and will start to retry other Holiday Inns . Harvey explained about the Apps to us so we get the points and spent time checking us in and Andy and the Chef were so friendly and helpful. Well done a pleasure to see,they should be sent out to educate other hotels.

    We were thrown initially as we thought there was onsite parking but after checking in, we were given a pass and code so we could leave our car in secure parking at the nearby race course. We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant and an exceptional breakfast the following morning. Our courtyard room was very comfortable.
