    The property has everything you need for a great stay, in the perfect location close to the high street with its many shops, bars and restaurants, with the added bonus of a parking space. John is a great host, we had biscuits, chocolates and milk for when we arrived. The apartment is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved it.

    Location is fantastic for the upmarket Yarm restaurants. Price is very good, no frills but everything you need. Free parking overnight right outside. Decor good. Staff nice and communicative although not on site.
