Great place for nature lovers. We had a very nice studio with amazing view. Location is perfect for those who dont mind to walk a lot. Owners very friendly people, helped in all from a day 1 (they even picked us up from the Mtirala Park, and later took us to Batumi). WE also had there a very nice georgian breakfast. Thank you for all.

Nice relatively new remote hotel, very minimalistic, clean, without unnecessary stuff, for people that care about nature and doesn't want to be distracted by mundane objects. But most of all, and that only counts, is sincere hospitality. Despite the language barrier, and few hiccups in communication, we managed to understand each other. Most of all, warm human contact, and will to recognise mistakes. Reminds me of times when people were simple.

Guest House ETM was a beautiful building, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It's in a great location near local shops with a bus stop to Batumi centre nearby. There is a kitchen on the roof which also gives the best views of sunsets! I Loved this place, and will stay again 😊

Excellent managed family business. Very kind and friendly attitude people House is big new very clean quiet peaceful green surroundings close 3 minutes to the beach and main road by car . Parking inside the premises. Very nice breakfast is served. Wish to come again.

Interesting hotel a little bit out of Batumi center but really nice view to city center and close to botanic garden. The room had nice view, lot of day light, all equipment you need from small balcony to table, heater of water, glasses,... Really nice host, warm and she prepare every day different local breakfast. A lot of different thinks to pick and all was so delicious. We travel 10 days around Georgia and for sure that was the best breakfast we had. Was so good we forgot to take a photo of breakfast. Really recommended to all who visit Batumi. Only think is Google map who not have right location of a hotel. Below photos that you will easyer found it. There are direction board but maybe a little small. When you drive out of main road cca. 400 m drive to hotel. The road go quite up in forest...
