Absolutely everything was impressive, from the entrance to the room. The hotel had the charm and elegance of a beautiful boutique property 🥰 The room was very comfortable and cozy, featuring a double bed with a soft mattress. Everything was exceptionally clean and felt fresh.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. All the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

Stunning view from the terrace, location superb - just a few steps away from the Bagrati Cathedral, absolutely lovely host who made us feel pampered every day, rooms spotless, very nice breakfast with home-made Georgian specialities, parking in the garden. Would come back anytime.

The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The host was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Supermarkets and other essential stores were conveniently located nearby, which made things even more convenient. Also had the pleasure of meeting some amazing travelers from another country, which made the experience even more memorable.

Great breakfast that left us full and happy throughout the whole day afterwards. There is a communal kitchen next to the room so you can get tea or coffee any time. The room was clean and the bathroom was new and had all you need. The bed was comfortable. We arrived late and the host waited for us to welcome us to the room.

Commual Hotels is a true gem in Georgia and finally they have opened in Kutaisi. The quality in general and the attention to details is unmatched. Rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. The inhouse restaurant DOLI is the best in Kutaisi with an interesting interpretation of regional dishes. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Will stay again for sure and I'll recommend it to anyone going to Imereti or Kutaisi.
