This is lovely apartment, very clean and well kept. The view is amazing - you are overlooking the village as well as the beautiful bay which is full of floating icebergs!! Claus and his sister Karen are very attentive to your needs - they are very welcoming and gracious, and respond immediately.

This apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious with a separate kitchen/dining area so one person could sleep while another could enjoy coffee. The location was great because we could walk everywhere and the Icefjord Center is just up the road from there. The host, Claus, was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was great. The rooftop restaurant has the best views in town. Newer hotel with an easy walk to everything. It was nice to have the hotel shuttle available for arrival and departure.

Bent was the definition of a great host and the spirit of hospitality! He offered activities that he hosted himself, cooked an amazing dinner, and offered me to stay at his place upon returning to Ilulissat – hospitality that I will always keep in my heart. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen super well equipped, and the apartment had a beautiful view. Thank you again Bent! You are the best 😊🙏

The location was perfect; the staff was immensely helpful; and the breakfast was amazing! The staff that runs the breakfast even assisted us with an earlier breakfast to go so we could eat prior to a tour. The hotel staff monitor flights and were quick to respond and provide assistance when our flight suddenly changed. The room had a stove and basic supplies for cooking, the bathroom was nice with heated floors, and the shower provided ample room to move around. I worked remotely while staying here and had no issues with the wifi/bandwidth.
