This hotel was an unexpected find - the whole package! The setting is super relaxing, with the restaurant and bar over looking the sea - the views are amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome - they weren't just professional but warm and genuine, laughing and chatting with all of the guests, which created a friendly and inviting stay for all! The food was another highlight for me. Every dish I tried was fresh and creative. Honestly, I had planned to check out a few other restaurants in the area, but the food here was so good that I ended up eating at the hotel almost every night. What makes this place even more special is that it isn't just for hotel guests. If you are nearby, you can easily walk from the beach, cross the small river and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer - from food and drinks to the pool and relaxing ambiance. There is a second area with a private pool for hotel guests only, yes, they really thought of everything! For me this hotel has brought a slightly difference touch - a new fresh feel to the usual practical serving and structured routines. Overall, its a fantastic concept. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to relax, eat well and enjoy a peaceful spot by the sea.

Beautiful place, fab location right across from beach and a few restaurants. The apt was really spacious and lovely, you could open the balcony doors right back so it was like being inside but outside on the comfiest armchairs! The aircon worked great, gorgeous relaxing pool area, great staff, and a beautiful gift on departure. We stayed an extra night so it must have been good! Thank you we will be back!

Everything! This apartment is very well equipped, super clean, in a wonderful location in the very centre and with a stunning view on the lake (in the morning, you can see a beautiful sunrise from the big terrace). The owner, Maria, was a wonderful host. She gave us plenty of suggestions and itineraries to discover beautiful beaches around Agios Nikolaos and the east/south of Crete. We had a very good time and hope to come back soon! 😊

Apartment was nice, we had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and smooth Clean and pleasant. We had breakfast on the balcony, although small and the lateral street was not the nicest looking, still a pleasant experience with the sea close.

Fantastic location quiet but only a short 15-20 minutes into the lake area. Room was comfortable and beds really comfortable. Downstairs taverna was fantastic staff amazing and superb views. Room had enough supplies to cater basic for yourself. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to return another year. Fantastic to sed this place is still run by the same family as 45 years ago when I had my first visit

    That was our second time at Hotel Port 7 and believe me we’ll keep coming here every time when we’re in Agios Nikolaos. Great location, spectacular views, cozy atmosphere and the kindest staff! There is a public parking nearby and we have no issues with finding a free spot during both our stays- End of June and end of July. I know they have a dedicated parking lot for the guests as well, but we were just fine with the first option.

    Lovely updated room with a great bathroom. Balcony view right on the harbour was beautiful and the windows were new so when closed it wasn't noisy. Staff were helpful. Great location. Found free street parking nearby.

    Booked an exceptional apartment with balcony, hot tub and loungers. Room was large and clean with amenities as per booking. Located in the centre of the town. Walking distance to a number of beaches and free parking nearby. Staff where great and accomodating. Very clean and close to a wide range of resturants.
