Exceptional value for money. The room, amenities and facility where super clean and tidy . Our host Vasili ,was very extremely attentive to any and all of our needs. After spending some time in Greece island hopping , it was refreshing to have somewhere to stay where the place felt somewhat like being at home with a comfortable bed, pillows, bath towels, shower etc. I couldn’t thank Vasili enough. If you are looking at staying in the area and are fortunate enough to find a vacant room at this place, GRAB IT before it goes…..

The property was perfect for me and my family. The rooms were a great size and the balcony was lovely with a very nice view. Very modern decor, great to have air con and working tvs. It was immaculately clean. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach, coffee shops, beach bars, mini markets and eateries. The apartment block was very quiet and with the doors closed there was no outside noise either.

The owner is so kind and truly cares about the quality of your stay. He offers services to drive you to town or to the airport as well and will show you where the beach is, plus the good restaurants in the area. Very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and to many wonderful little Greek restaurants.

The property is very lovely and the area is very calm and close to the airport. The property owner and his wife were very friendly and kind. We arrived in Athens later than anticipated, but still the owner and his wife were very understanding and offered to pick us up from the airport for a much lower price than any taxi in the region. On the way they also took us to grab some dinner and even paid for our drinks! :) we were alone in the house so it was very comfortable. The beach is very close and there’s a bakery, supermarket and a coffee shop nearby. The owner also took us to the airport on our last day in Athens and helped us grab some lunch. I was very satisfied with my stay at their house and hopefully it won’t be my last time :)

    Room was clean and with AC. There was a fridge and even possibility of Minibar products. TV was with Netflix option, that is great for evening rest after eating. Silent neighborhood and possibility of parking the car. There is brand new parking area 20m from the apartment. Room made to stay and sleep overnight. If to spend Time - then on the balcony.
