    Very clean and comfortable. Regular cleaning of the room. Good location - 5min walking to Golden Beach. Free parking. The apartment has with two rooms and everything you need. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony which has sufficient space for the whole family.

    The cleanliness of the apartment is exceptional, the sandy beach with the Blue Flag is a 2-minute walk through the camp, free parking in front of the accommodation. The staff is very friendly, always with a smile, the maids are hardworking, the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The hostess is smiling, modest and always at your service. This was a wonderful experience, I definitely recommend Nicolas Studio for a vacation. Thanks Antonia and keep up the good work! I hope to see you again. 😊

    Great place for good relax. The owner is very polite, helpful and smile person. He met us and welcoming in hotel. The rooms are very cozy and extremely clean. They cleaned rooms every day. The hotel has very beautiful view to golden beach and good garden front of rooms. There is free parking place under beautiful old olive trees. We will back again!

    It has a wonderful view, has a free parking areas. There are taverns and patisseries within walking distance in the area. Both are very good and delicious. Vasillis who owner the studio very friendly and smile face :) Rooms are very clean, towels smelled nice!

    The location looks exactly like in the pictures. The cleaning is very well done, the parking lot is very large. The location is close to the beach, about 50m. The host is extremely kind and has an immediate availability when I requested something. Each room has its own WiFi router. The accommodation was far beyond expectations, and the host exceeded our expectations.

    Room was clean, surroundings are very safe, several ammenities that should help (fridge, oven, coffee maker). Free parking on the property, which is a nice advantage. The staff was nice and helpful. They change the tv in my room with a newer one on my request.

    - Location was exactly as in description and was perfect for our expectations - Distance to beach is around 300-400m - location has 4 parking lots which helped a lot - location was very clean and host was very kind. She helped us with any request without hesitation.
