Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff, particular shout out to all reception staff, Petalouda in housekeeping, Mario in restaurant and Chrisa & Katerina at the spa. The food was exceptional quality with lots to choose from every morning & night. The cleanliness of the resort was second to none, rooms cleaned daily. I understand the hotel is not fully completed yet, such as second restaurant, a new pool & full spa. You can walk into the town of Elounda which is 2k. Recommend visiting Plaka a little village of approximately 2k in length with crystal clear waters and lots of resturants. Recommend visiting beach bar Isla bistro. Taxi cost €20 return from hotel, not possible to walk as no footpath.

    The apartment is really modern and everything is new. Big plus: AC in the living room and bedroom and they work really well. You have great view in both rooms, on one window you see the port and the sea on the other you see the mountain in the back. You can find plenty of free parking spaces + you have access to many restaurants, fishing trips, super clean and well serviced beach, boat trips within walking distance. It was one of the greatest holidays I have ever had.

    Our host Maria welcomed us in advance and told us all codes (completely keyless hotel!) and the free parking lot location in advance. The breakfast was always served aplenty and was made with love, including typical Greek dishes and local products. The staff was were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was still very new and hardly used at all. All the while the hotel exuded a familial touch and the location was very central - perfect to start every day of our vacation!
