My stay exceeded my wildest expectations! The apartment was incredibly clean, cozy and fully equipped. I lacked nothing. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly. The location was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely come back here on my next visit to Kattavia. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel itself is a rarity, spacious swimming pools, glorious restaurant and wonderful beach- cannot ask for more. Very professional crew, everything can be arranged. Politeness and flexibility was always present. Room was kept in a state of laboratory cleanness by a very friendly staff. Restaurant crew was excellent as was the food. I can only say THANK YOU ALL.

It was our second stay a we will definitely be back. Beautiful resort, great service. Little town is 2-minute car ride away with more food options.. Be sure to book room with private pool. wort the little extra.

Everything. Great location if have hired car, lovely beach within a 2 minute walk with crystal clear water and as calm as a duck pond. Property was immaculate and had all the facilities and amenities required. Pool was ideal for the kids. George was the best host we’d ever had.

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

We loved the village of Gennadi, there was live music in the tavernas most evenings, was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The flat was really comfortable and the owner's mother was a lovely lady who helped out when we couldnt understand why we had no electricity. The whole village was without electricity, not for long. Vasia the owner was also brilliant with her communications and did everything to make our stay the best. Thank you.

    Very good location, only 5min drive to Prasonisi beach. Breakfast was great - lots of different fresh food. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable - firm. Wifi was working ok, not the fastest though. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is a big common terrace with shadow to hang out with friends or other guests. There is access to water for rinsing your surf/kite gear. Free parking in front of the building. In the town there are some restaurants, I recomend going to Eftihia - right next to the apartments.
