The hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming and the family were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed, a beautiful view from the patio doors/balcony across the sea, islands, mountains and was surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Huge balcony to watch the sun rising over the islands/ sea and to sit and listen to the church bells whilst the sun sets behind the mountains. The hotel has a large glass covered dining area which looks out over the garden and the beach - which was across a small, quiet road, and had beautifully clear shallow water. The family were such warm and welcoming hosts, inviting us to have coffee with them by the fire (or to take it to our rooms if we prefer) we told them about our hopes for the trip and they gave us lots of interesting and helpful information, and even made some phone calls to try to help us make an unusual out-of-season visit to a local site we were interested in. We're hoping to visit again soon and explore the area more. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We passed through Livanatai for just one night en route to Athens, and we chose Florakis because it looked comfortable, clean and lovely with its beautiful plants on its terrace. It was all that and more - the host was super-helpful, the location was very central and convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is very, very nice and extremely well equipped. Everything looks new and clean. Everything functions perfectly. Dimitris is a perfect host: available, helpful and discreet. Enough space for three couples. Dimitris surprised us with an amazing amount of goodies upon our arrival: fresh water, coffee, lots of fresh fruit, and breakfast things like honey, jam, etc. Also the toilet articles are high quality. A great view on the sea. Undoubtedly the best lodging of our journey through Greece 🇬🇷!

Amazing place to stay, so nice rooms and friendly staff, great breakfast (except for coffee) with changes daily, got a bit of a discount at their sister tavern just up the street and you also get your as i understand it own reserved sunbeds and umbrella, amazing views from Balcony and so calm and quiet. You can park on the street or in their parking garage right under the hotel with direct lift access, awesome
