The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect! The maisonette has 3 beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets, 2 balconies, plenty of storage space and it’s very spacious. There’s lots of room for everyone. There’s also a cot and a bed-sofa if needed. There is also a parking spot which is so important as it’s very hard to find one on the street in summer. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The kitchen has many gadgets. We had fresh clean towels and bedsheets. Mr Nikos was always very responsive to my questions - before and during our stay - and he was always happy to help and make our holiday as comfortable as possible.

Very nice apartment. Location is just great! Perfect for families, because the pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Wonderful balcony, St. Andrews Cathedral is just in front of you. Thank you so much, we (and our 3 childern) will come again!

We stayed here 1 night and we were so impressed with this beautiful boutique hotel. The care and attention to detail are wonderful.     The location is excellent,you have more less a private beach, the apartment is spacious, it has two terraces and a view on both sides ( sea and garden ), fully equipped ,they even have a washing machine and a piano in one of the rooms. The hosts are very kind and helpful. There is a private parking space in the backyard. We liked it very much and we highly recommend it.
