It's a wonderful apartment situated in Thessaloniki suburbs. It's quiet and cozy with modern buildings, small shops and free parking. It's about 15 km away from the center but you feel as if you are in a resort of some kind. The aparment is absolutely nice and extremely clean with all you need for your stay. There's even a modern coffee machine for filter coffee or espresso. And our kind host has prepared croissants for breakfast. The pictures are absolutelly correct and it exceeded my expectations. The communication is fast and easy and the host is more than helpful - makes you feel at home.

The amenities were exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable, we even tried to find the brand/model of the mattress, to check if delivery to our own town is possible. The location is perfect for our tastes (we don’t like staying in city centres). The private parking behind the building is a super bonus (we were travelling via motorcycle, bikers reading this will understand the need for the bike to rest dry and secure overnight). The host was the best part - Yannis was extremely kind, responsive and proactive. Fellow biker, good natured and always smiling.

Extremely nice accomodation. Never seen anything like it at this price point. The area in general is not that nice however you do get a shopping centre nearby that has free non-stop parking (One Salonica) and the owner informs you about it. Do not park on the Thessaloniki streets if you have a rental or foreign plates - the local cops will hunt for your car (in our experience he literally ran across four lanes of active Greek traffic to give us a ticket). The owner is very communicative and responds fairly fast. The rooms are very clean, bed is extremely comfortable (albeit on the smaller side), you get couple of nespressos for free (which came in really handy), have washing machine (bring your own detergent) and other kitchen ammenities (microwave, stove etc). We went to multiple places in Greece and we always had something missing (be it stove/pots, washing machine, microwave, or coffee machine) at the same price of accomodation, so it was nice to get finally everything. Previous tenants left behing some salt and sugar so that was nice to find as well. The balcony is clean and has two chairs and a table (also a drying rack). You have blinds and shutters on windows to get absolute darkness and silence. Water is already heated in the room as you arrive (in some you have to turn on the boiler). The shower is on the smaller side and the entire bathroom is well ventilated. The rooms are very well decorated and kinda feel like you are at someone's place (which can feel a bit strange for a bit) but they are also cozy and homely at the same time. Genuinely can imagine living in a place like this and being comfortable, which can't be said about any other of the places we went to.

The apartment is renovated, everything is new, and it is spotless. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, so you can really rest. Host is extremely nice and very responsive. We easily found parking on the street across the apartment. It is the best looking place we ever stayed in.

A place to visit. Peace and quiet for a quality vacation from the road. The host was excellent, everything was fulfilled according to the agreement. The parking lot in front of the building is public, but there are always places. In the apartment you have complete kitchen utensils, water kettle, coffee, sugar, Wi-Fi, bath cosmetics, of course towels, etc. Literally like at home. Mc Donald's 50m from the apartment outlet one salonica mall 100m away. Close to the city center. All recommendations and see you again for sure.
