It was a wonderful stay! Very relaxing! The hotel is beautiful with great food and very friendly staff. We booked it at the end of our stay to just relax for a couple of days and it was perfect for that.

In the Rio Dulce river near a 16th century castle the Tortugal Boutique River Lodge peninsula is bathed by almost constant on shore breezes providing a cool and refreshing place.

Everything was perfect! Staff very attentitive. Best wishes to Enriqe- good english skills and tasty coctails!😉 If you want to escape from town and people- this place is for you. Good view to castle. They also have kayaks. Good breakfast!

There is this tropic vibe, surprisely not that much mosquitos, strawberry margherita - really good. Very friendly and kind staff, we had some family issues, and I was attend by 2 different members of staff and offered help, even that it wasn't their business. So kind of them, fortunately problem resolved without further actions.
