The staff was cooperated. There was something wrong with the system. I booked a standard room for 3 nights by booking.com but when they've checked I booked for 2 nights. When recheck I got no wrong. So they change my room into deluxe room to make up for that mistake. That's fair enough. Thanks

I enjoyed so much staying at this hostel! The room was comfortable, clean, the fountain in the common space gives such a nice vibe and the view from the rooftop terrace is so beautiful! The quarter is nice and peaceful, not really far from the city center. The staff are amazing, so kind, helpful and fun, helped me buy medication when I was sick! Also, a special thanks to Fara who brought me to visit Malang one afternoon and we had such a great time ! Thank you and take care guys !

I start travelling around the World for many years ago, staying in many places. I could say this is the best place i'v stayed in my life. Vico become a family member. He is really nice and welcoming and he will do anything to make you feel home. One of the beautiful souls. He organise the tour to Bromo and the watterfall with a great price. Excellent guesthouse!!! Very very friendly owners who are knowledgeable and very helpful - we really liked them. Super clean kitchen facilities and great communal area to meet other travellers. The cleanest bedroom and bathroom of any hotel we've ever stayed at. Local coffee shop and restaurant next door. They are just out of the centre, but that's a nice thing as it's more peaceful. And they have mopeds and bikes if you need them. Excellent place, you'll love it!
