The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata! Everything was perfect—from the warm and welcoming staff to the excellent facilities. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. I especially loved the sweets at the bar; they were simply irresistible!
