Jean François' original and beautifully finished decor, friendly, relaxed & easy going owner & his team, located just beside some beautiful reef and with the possibility to jump on a boat and hit the gili islands for snorkeling and diving. Menu & food was tasty and unpretentious and various little spots to sit and check out the view across the bay.... We were quite simply super happy to have found this place as our first stop on lombok and felt convinced it was totally the right choice among what else is available in the area.

This place is so lovely and so secluded. It took a long journey to reach here but it was worth it. Astam their staff are so friendly and helpful. We requested them to bring us around with motorbike with a fee and they were great! My kids love the ride. Beach is nice but reef is dead and do get quite a lot of rubbish. Regardless it was nice and loved the free kayaking and calm sea.

The best homestay we've ever stayed in!!!! Wafa was amazing, super attentive to us all the time and willing to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were clean and well equipped, the location is perfect, in the center of the island within walking distance to all the main spots, and the breakfast was very good. Also the wifi was very fast, so it is also a perfect place for remote workers. He also organized us a snorkeling tour around the other gilis for a very competitive price and it was spectacular. Absolutely recommended!!!!

The place is very clean, new, simple, quiet but at the same time comfortable it is located at the end of a small street of a balinese hindu village and you can see and breathe the authenticity of the place. Wayan is fantastic, a smart guy, nice and ready to solve all your requests and make this place even more pleasant. The simple restaurant is far two minutes by walk but Wayan can bring the food to your bungalow even if it is a pity to lose the magnificent sea view from the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely come back here when we return from gili gede. Thank you Wayan

    We had a really beautiful time at Krisna bungalow and definitely come back. The staff is really friendly and the whole place has a great atmosphere. Food is really delicious. The location is directly on the ocean and the view from the terrace and restaurant to the secret Gili islands just beautiful. Parking area for scooters is available. They offer spontaneous and various tours with their own boats to the secret Gili islands close by. It was a unique experience and can recommend it to everyone. Come to krisna bungalows you will not regret it.
