The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly & helpfull, I trully cannot describe how amazing it was. The breakfast & other meals were delicious. 10/10.

They are top on each topics : cleanliness, helpfulness, good and various breakfast, high level of services, the good price and so on … Thanks to all the staff, it is a big part of the strength of this hotel.They are all so exceptional. So I recommend highly this hotel and for sure I will return there if I come back to Jakarta.

The hotel grounds are of a good size. Drip coffee and kettle in the room are very good considering the guests. I felt that the attention to detail was very good. All staff are smiling and very friendly. They made our rainy Uluwatu a good stay. Thank you so much.
