The best part of my stay was definitely the staff-led tour to Bromo. They organized everything from transport to snacks and even they show me a place to rent jacket, it felt like I was being taken care of by a friend. Watching the sunrise from the viewpoint was breathtaking, and I was glad I booked it through the hostel.

I enjoyed so much staying at this hostel! The room was comfortable, clean, the fountain in the common space gives such a nice vibe and the view from the rooftop terrace is so beautiful! The quarter is nice and peaceful, not really far from the city center. The staff are amazing, so kind, helpful and fun, helped me buy medication when I was sick! Also, a special thanks to Fara who brought me to visit Malang one afternoon and we had such a great time ! Thank you and take care guys !

Great staff, the rooms were clean and worth the price. They helped with booking trips and also managed to solve all problems that arose.

Oh where do I start? Everything was perfect and exceeding our expectations. The welcoming "ceremony" was memorable and since we booked a suite our checked in was done in a special lounge area for suite guests. This lounge area is perfectly decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We then got upgraded to Premiere Suite which was superb. One thing we noticed from day one is the present of soothing aromatherapy everywhere in the hotel. Could you let me know what aromatherapy is that? Furthermore the choices of food and beverages are diverse and delicious. We do aware that the food price is rather high but this is worth it since the food and drinks are of high quality. Additionally, given the hotel's location and its 5 stars status the price of the food and beverages are not exorbitant. We love the location and environment of the hotel.. It was an unforgettable vacation for both of us and we are looking forward to come back to Plataran Bromo!

We really enjoyed staying at Tugu Malang. The property itself is stunning and the rooms are quiet and beautiful as well. Food in both restaurants is exceptional. The quality of the spa treatments is really good and last but not least: reception staff is going out of their way to accomodate all of their guests wishes. We had a few special requirements due to changes in our travel plan and John and Anita were ever so helpful and made everthing happen without batting an eye. I would book this hotel again for sure and can not recommend it enough.

I felt very comfortable here. The staff were helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was chill, and I loved the common area for relaxing after the trips.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at casa de vie homestay. I originally intended to see tumpak sewu waterfall from Milang but due t o mix up of waterfalls I got to see tumpak sewu from probilinggo which was a longer drive. So while in Milang I did some other things that worked out very well due to the helpfull friendly staff including Marsella and Riny. Marsella guided me on a tour of the colourfull village kampung tridi and kampung Warna warni. Riny helped organise a driver so I could see the Batu area where the climate is cooler. I went to the secret zoo, museum with many old cars and strawberry picking. Casa de Vie homesta is like a home away from home. I would love to come back one day
