we landed late in Shannon airport and reached the place around 11:30pm. the pub was lively and very welcoming with a live band, we were showed our room upstairs which was really clean and confortable. then we went to have drinks will all the very lovely and welcoming local people! we had a lush evening and a restful night.

The property itself is unique — an authentic historical house with a beautiful garden and lovely views of the river. Having breakfast in the garden was so pleasant and satisfying. We really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the place was. It was the perfect environment to relax and truly get some rest. The property is a bit far from Limerick city center, but the host was incredibly helpful, giving us rides to town and to the supermarket. He was very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. We even had dinner together and truly enjoyed his company. He showed us real hospitality — warm, generous, and genuine, which made our stay even more memorable. The facilities were good. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable, particularly compared to other places we stayed at in Ireland. The bed mattress was super comfortable too. There was a fully equipped kitchen available for guests to use. Although breakfast wasn't included, the host generously allowed us access to the food in the kitchen, which included everything from bread, butter, and jams to pasta and other ingredients for cooking. This made it very convenient to prepare our own meals and added to the feeling of being welcomed and at home. It was a great value for money, and I would definitely stay there again if I return to Ireland.

We absolutely loved this house. Everything is new and absolutely spotless. My kids didn't want to leave. It's very close to Ennis and Dromoland and right off the motorway. Lynda left beautiful homemade bread and lots of breakfast cereals. We will definitely stay here again. A brilliant find. 100% recommend

I so enjoy my night in this lovely prooerty. Clean, comfortable, peaceful. The breakfast was exceptional, endless choices. Woke up to beautiful bird song and the sound of gentle rain. The location was great to get out and around Bunratty. I would definitely stay again.

From the second I stepped into Bealkelly Country House, I was amazed. Anita was such a welcoming host from start to finish. The room was top of the range along with the great scenery. Anita cooked us our breakfast and dinner and my god, I haven't had a nicer Italian chicken in my life!!! This was an ideal location for a getaway with my partner. I will be definitely returning again!!!
