Everything was excellent, it was a unique experience. The owners treat you like family, they are the most kind people. The guesthouse is very lovely and close to the ocean. Our stay at Ethan's was excellent. Our host was extremely hospitable. When we arrived, we had not eaten, and he suggested a great fish and chips place just up the street. We took our order to go and had a lovely picnic by the beach. We slept well; the bed was very comfortable. As a matter of fact, the entire room was clean and welcoming. Before we checked out, we enjoyed a traditional Irish breakfast. If you give the host a heads up before arriving, he'll even have GF bread available.

I loved the use of space. It was well thought out and everything we needed was available to us. It was very close to the centre of Rosscarberry. Weather conditions were quite bad outdoors but we were all cosy inside. I can imagine this location in the Summer months as it is only a short drive to many beaches, which we visited today in the wild windy weather

The best place in Ireland We traveled in Ireland for 3 weeks We have been to dozens of B&Bs. Everyone was fine. This is the only place that deserves a 10 out of 10. A place with a perfect view. Clean, spacious room, good shower. Breakfast, one of the best we received. And most of all, the landlady. A charming, kind, warm-hearted woman, like a mother. highly recommend !

Such a lovely place to stay, the location is so pretty and lots of pubs and restaurants around it. Julie was such a great host and so kind and thoughtful! The breakfast in the morning was delicious, so much on the menu, it felt like a restaurant! We did the nighttime kayaking in Reen pier just an 8 min drive away and it was incredible, would highly recommend!

    Good location, close to the town of Roscarberry and Leap, central to many attractions. Quiet countrhyside, which is what I wanted. Property is a very old farmhouse, albeit modernised. Good size garden, huge parking space. pet friendly is always a plus.

    We had a comfortable light en-suite room, with tea/coffee making facilities and tv. Roy was a good host who cooked us a filling, tasteful Irish breakfast each morning. Car parking was convenient and easy.
