Our stay at Shannonside exceeded our expectations! David ensured we had everything we needed and was a fantastic host. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Absolutely loved our stay at The Canal Glamping! The room was cozy and clean and quiet, with a lovely view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, they even had a gas BBQ ready for us. The location was perfect for exploring Roscommon and Westmeath. The quiet of the place, right next to the lake. The room and house were impeccable, but the best aspect of our stay was without a doubt our hosts, a very nice family that welcomed us with exceptional attention from the start and with whom we shared a great breakfast and an interesting conversation.
