Amazing stay! We used this hotel as a stop over before our early flight and we were blown away. From staff to bedroom to breakfast nothing was there to fault. They’re only open a couple of months so still working on their facilities but I must say once everything is in place this hotel will be flying.

I kept extending and ended up staying there for more than a week. Niaz is super nice and he really loves to help you with whatever question you throw at him, even taking you to places himself. Luckily Niaz' friend was staying there at the same time who cooked for us every evening, which contributed even more to this really nice community feeling. We celebrated Holi Festival and went to temple festivals together and Niaz let us paint flags on the house, which I loved. The rooms were clean, you can use the kitchen and there's a rooftop where you can hang out or do some yoga. Plenty of space up there. Loved it !

Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile . Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property.

We were 7h late with our flight-it was almost 10 p.m so it was very helpful that the booking is automatic, we booked just 5min before coming, . The room are clean and spacious, for the hot water just wait for few min. Staff and the manager were very nice and helpful, they helped us with the advice how to get to Koothatukulam. Recommend!

Very friendly staff, nice 400year old building with pool in the backyard. Very good food in the restaurant as well. They kept our luggage for one week, while we toured Kerala at no extra cost as well. I can only recommend Forte Kochi.

Joseph and Nimmy are the most wonderful hosts . They completely went out of their way for our comfort and were so helpful , friendly and just lovely people . The atmosphere is so serene , it is spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better to explore the surrounds . We hadn’t been to india for 25 years so we were a little apprehensive and Joseph put us completely at ease straight away and we loved it there . We were very sad to Leave and already would like to return ! We were privileged to be in Catherine’s room ! The only regret I had is not knowing the language so I couldn’t speak to Joseph’s mother . You must go ! You will have no regrets :) Perfect place!

    We got a worst experience .my room was room no 23 they prepared the bed with used bedsheets and pillow cover. A/C was not properly working .There is no water in bathrooms .The room was very dirty .The bedsheet, bath towel ,duet cover are dirty and faded .The property has no ample car parking area

    Worth for every Rupee you spend. Spacious Room, Spacious Toilet, Spacious Car Parking Lot. And Everything is so clean and tidy. Forget about TV and Wardrobe (people don't use it half of the time) Instead Extras you can get and use in common are free Wifi, a Washing Machine, a Fridge, table for dining with good view, 24 hours Filtered Drinking Water, Iron Box, open Terrace for hanging Cloths. (What More you can ask for a 1000 Rupees Hotel).
