We stayed for a week. It was an awesome experience. It's a very nice place with a great location. Walk across to the beach. The service which Anas, the caretaker, provided was excellent. The food he prepared for us was delicious. Anas also took us around the city, a beautiful temple, the lighthouse, boating and around. The beaches in Kappad are lovely and unspoiled... Quite a getaway. Overall, great hospitality and amazing place.

Great little property. Well maintained with spacious comfortable rooms. Dog friendly too with helpful staff. Very close to the beach and lots of privacy. Had an excellent stay and would like to return soon.

I booked A/c room. They showed me non A/c room. I booked again for A/c room paid 2500/. Not worth it. mattress quality is very poor. very hard it is. booking.com have to verify the quality of booking and the service. I had very bad experience.
