We booked for 10 people. This is an individual house. The house was very spacious and well maintained. The support team was so helpful and got support as and when in need. Had a pleasant stay. The house had very spacious rooms with A/c and bathrooms with walkin wardrobe and a kitchen. It had a gas stove, basic utensils, rice cooker and a mixer grinder.

Everyone at the Heritage Madurai was so lovely and helpful, especially during meals as I have a peanut allergy and I was really well taken care of. Our room was great, and the pool area was beautiful! Can’t recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Madurai, and although it is close to the centre of town (a quick taxi Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple), it feels very peaceful and secluded.

This is a superb homestay location- everything about it is brilliantly organised hospitable and welcoming. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was clean, spacious and homely. The meals cooked for us were all, without exception, delicious and all packed meals for trips perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and they ensured we received the most outstanding experience of the Pongal week In fact this family went above and beyond for us, booking Tuktuks and cars as was needed and organising two free trips for us where we had maximum enjoyment for minimum effort. Thank you Jen and all your family for a wonderful experience.

Large bedrooms. Situated on a quiet road but close to shops and restaurants. Easy auto ride to main tourist sites. Hot shower. Firm beds. Kettle. Excellent air conditioning.
