I really enjoyed my stay. Originally I only wanted to stay one night, but the good reception and the pleasant stay invited me to make it 4 days. The owner does everything to make sure you have a good time there. The room is large and clean. If you want you can stay in the lounge, which is also the living room and a small bar. The view from the terrace is also fantastic, with a view of Kangchenzönga and a beautiful mountain landscape when the sky is not cloudy. The owner can also organize a scooter for you. I would definitely recommend this, as the accommodation is a bit away from the town and you can explore the surrounding area. However, you can reach the town in 15 minutes via a small path. I would come back at any time.

First of all, the silence away from bustling tourist spots. Second, the view, Third, the design of the multiple rooms. I actually took my laptop as there were three adjacent rooms with one room equipped with a reading desk. But I could hardly concentrate as was looking outside the window quite often. Ha ha..

Lovely room, huge bed, very comfortable. Comfy settee and chairs. Lovely balcony, with views over the garden and towards the mountains, although cloudy whilst we were there. Breakfast served in the garden, lunch and dinner served in the dining room, just for us, since we were the only guests present during our time there. All was delicious. Attentive host, gave us a tour of the farm, suggested other places of interest. Our driver stayed in a place nearby.

Very attentive staff, excellent cook, and great views! The location is just below lower Pelling, and there's a path going 15 min downhill just after the last snack shack and buildings. Location is wrong on maps.me app. Look for 'Wake in Himalaya' hostel which is next foor. There's also the road if you're driving, then a short steep path upwards.
