We booked 3 days at Ameya and added an extra one. Amazing garden, top notch bungalow and great swimming pool overviewing the lake. 4 times upclass dinner served at our own bungalow and we once took the opportunity to join the chef delivering his masterpieces. Everything perfect because of Anish (always ready to explain Indian history and Kerala culture) and his staff constantly running the extra mile and then doing one more. Highly recommended!

this hotel was a perfect way to end our stay, we loved the chill vibe and all the activities included in the stay such as the backwater cruise and the pedalo and others activities. The food was delicious, and the view is really peaceful, the sunrise was beautiful ! They can arrange taxi transfers as well. The outside shower was a good suprise within the room as well.

This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Aunty). They were very welcoming and friendly. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The room is beautiful and clean with private outside space, the location is quiet (waking up with the sound of birds) and the surroundings are simply stunning (we came by bicycle from Kochin and enjoyed every minute of cycling around), communication with the owner is very pleasant, the host made us feel really welcome and at home. Risk warning: there is a chance of gaining weight, as the food is superb (and much).
