Everything was exceptional. The hotel is wonderfully situated on the lake border, we had a room with balcony and could admire the lake landscape and the sunset perfectly. The balcony is in fact a small terrace but large for a balcony exposed to the sun and very pleasant to lie in the sun on and have your juice. There is a small refrigerator in the room. the hotel has a bar which we did not have time to use, the breakfast was rich and savoury. The bus stops to and from Verona are 100 metres away, we bought a day ticket online and used the bus to visit the city. We would have stayed one or several more days but it was still cold for walks and did not really have time but will surely come back.

We had a wonderful short trip at lake Grade in this very modern and komfortable apartment. It was clean, modern and the kitchen even offered more as we needed. The Palazzo Betteloni team was very kind and we supported us very quick with all our questions. We will definitely come back.

What can I say. Superb does not even come close. Anja's communication and assistance to make our stay even more special. The rooms are brand new, comfortable and also look beautiful. The roof terrace was a bonus and we had a lovely Prosecco there - "on the house". The location in town is perfect, central but not noisy. Breakfast was excellent too.

    Very clean. Free parking. Very easy to stay here. Host Alessandro was excellent. Has a lift to make getting luggage up and down easy. Parking was close by in a designated spot for the apartment. The host kindly had the sofa bed made up and it was very comfortable. Has a coffee machine, washing machine, iron, drying rack, plenty of towels.
