It was 7 excellent days in this apartment. Owner Erica made our stay very comfortable and cozy. She gave us a mini tour of the city, provided breakfast every morning, every day asked if we needed something, provided a transfer to the airport. The apartments are new, very clean, cool, had 2 air conditioners, excellent shower room. Bus stop 5 min walk. I strong recommend this hotel!

Just ideal - cannot say more or less! The villa in Cascina was perfect - relaxing outdoor area to sunbathe, enjoy a swim in the pool or have some after-dinner talks and wine. A/C worked well. Toiletries smelled and felt luxurious. House smelled divine, host was caring and attentive. The room and property itself was beautifully decorated. We would return there in a heartbeat!

This is a newly renovated upper floor apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and the hosts are clearly trying very hard to make it a good experience for guests. We had some issues with the AC and they were very responsive to try and find a solution.

My family stayed here for 3 days last week and have to say it was an absolute delight to be there. We had the opportunity to stay in Italy longer and wished we had now to enjoy this apartment a little more. Location is fantastic, size is incredible, cleanliness perfect and the neighbours are just wonderful. We had a perfect time here with the little time we had. There were many facilities included in the apartment and a little area to sit at night. The car park is very safe for children to play as not much movement within the area so has a good bit of space. Another bonus is airport is only around 12 or so minutes away and a taxi initially only cost €32. We will hopefully be back one day and a massive thankyou to Hostly and very much so to our neighbours ❤️

    Warm, friendly and helpful host. Lovely house. Spotlessly clean. Spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. We stayed for one night before flying out from Pisa airport which is a 20 minute drive. Large supermarkets within 5 minute drive. There's a little bar within 20 steps of the property, and a playground 1 minute away. Parking is free, in a private parking area for residents. Very comfortable beds. Online photos don't really show how lovely the bedrooms are.

    A lovely room and separate private bathroom in a ground floor apartment that includes a kitchen, dining, family area. We shared the apartment with another couple who also had their own bedroom and separate private bathroom. Location. An easy drive to a car park, with a shuttle bus 5 minutes from the Pisa tower. A 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and launderettes. Private secure parking. Erica, the owner, is lovely and friendly and we managed to speak easily via a translator app.

    Very cosy place, away from the big city. Two nice rooms both with air conditioning, nice bathroom with tube. The kitchen well equipped. Free parking place. The host was nice, explained all the rules. She was kind to wait for us till 22:00 at the day of our arrival.
