This is a great place to stay in Chianni, the house is fantastic, so is the host Maria Cristina, as far as B&B's go this is a cut above the rest, I stayed for 14 nights, Maria Cristina and her family made my time there really enjoyable, if ever I am in the area I would be more than happy to book again, try it, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing flat in Chianni. The beds we were so comfortable I overslept every day. Roberta and her lovely father were amazing hosts and helped me out when my hire car developed a problem. Roberta checked in with me and was a great host.

The apartment was very nice and really next to the city centre. It was super well decorated and it was super spacious. There were two rooms in the same apartment which makes it easier for groups of friends travelling. Owner was very helpful also with recommendations around.

All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

    - The apartment was big and clean - The staff did not speak English but it was not a problem - The breakfast was very nice with a sufficient choice of food - The accommodation did not have a parking, you had to go to a public parking which was free. It was located near the accommodation - We loved the town, but there was a limited choice of restaurants there so we decided to go to the next village (Rivalto) for dinner and it was a great decision

    Very spacious and cozy. Good location for exploring Tuscany. Free parking lot nearby. Good simple breakfast ( fresh orange juice and great coffee ). Generally we loved this place, a sense of history :)

    Paolo was a great host! It was easy to get in touch with him. The house was clean and cool despite the heat. I was pleasantly surprised at how soundproof the rooms are to street noise if you close the windows. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The place is a convenient walk to local restaurants and a grocery shop. There is also a private parking spot.

    Our experience was exceptional from the warm welcome from Maria Christina, the spectacular room to the home-made organic breakfast. The house is exactly like the photos, if not better. The decor and furnishings are perfect and the attention to detail makes sure you’ll want to return. On top of that, superbly comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of parking. Area is peaceful but within easy reach of restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    Chianni is a lovely village in Tuscany. This property is very well located within the village, is very spacious, and has its own private parking spot (a premium in this area). However, the best part of our experience was the lovely housekeeper, Roberta. Incredibly friendly and helpful, took the time to show us around and explain the arrangements. Furthermore, she gave us awesome tips that only a local would know (for example, the free tour of the historic village only on Mondays). We loved our stay and will return.
