First of all if I could give a higher rating then 10 I would. Federico and his family our excellent host. incredibly welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was excellent in the morning being able to have it on the balcony was great the room was a great size and it was close to the Centre of town and the beach both within 10 minutes. would definably stay again when in Otranto. also they provide private parking which is great when you have a car. Grazie mille Federico and family

We had an amazing stay at this place! Monica, Marco, and Andrea made our experience truly unforgettable. Monica and Marco shared fantastic local tips and made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for two nights, but we really regret not staying longer. Everything was perfect, warm hospitality, great atmosphere, and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommended!

This was a most beautiful and welcome surprise. Behind an unassuming blue door is a magical experience. We were warmly welcomed by the manager with care and attention. The room was superb, so stylish and so functional. All the rooms open onto beautiful large and superbly furnished spaces. Every view looked perfect. It has a beautiful pool, lots of grass and sun lounges , perfect for reading and relaxing. The breakfast room and the breakfast were as beautiful as possible, the deck outside to enjoy breakfast was fresh and welcoming. Just the most perfect stay we’ve had so far.

The room was super clean and comfortable - simple, but everything you would need. The breakfast was an absolutely gorgeous selection of pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurts - with juice and coffees. The staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. The location is very good, a ten minute walk into the centre, and nice and peaceful.

    We booked two rooms and both were extremely spacious, with private bathroom and extra seating area. The place was generally clean and the beds were made each day. The showers were very good. The beds were large and quite comfortable. There is a large kitchen available for the guests. The staff was all very polite and helpful with local information. Free parking space available on the street. Excellent restaurant in the town centre just 5min walking distance. Breakfast included in the room price.
