From the moment the gate opens and you drive up to the parking feels very special. Fabulous warm welcome from the owner.The room is unbelievable. modern large spotlessly clean with great private terrace.So relaxing.Breakfast was incredible,everything you need and more.The home made cakes were exceptional. 10 minute stroll to Canobbio. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough..left with nice parting gift from the owner,a fealty nice touch.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive hosts. 24/7 access to a small kitchen complete with cereals, pastry, fruit, tea, etc. We particularly loved the location - it is in the heart of the old upper town, cobbled paths and no roads around. We could sleep with the windows open and could not hear a peep. Yes, it is a bit of a tough ride up if you come by bicycle, especially when you are fully loaded with pizza and pasta, but the atmosphere and the view more than make up for that. If taking the stairs, and takes about 20 minutes to get to the „bottom“ of Maccagno or back and the walk is marvellous too.

Very nice place, small hotel, not far from the city center, direct on the beach. In quiet part of Cannobio. Building is renewed, owner very friendly and helpfull. It was pleasure to stay here, looking forward for next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed – and even more. Super well located, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just steps away. And even though it’s right in town, it was super quiet and perfect to relax. Private parking was a big bonus too. We had the honor of being the very first guests, so you might not see many reviews yet – but trust us, if you choose this place, you’ll be in great hands.
