Our stay was truly wonderful. The place was very quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Donatella was an exceptional host – always available and attentive to every need. The house itself was spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything one could possibly need. It had a fully equipped kitchen , even a coffee machine, a washing machine, strong Wi-Fi, private parking, and a personal veranda. Nothing was missing. We felt like home. The hospitality was simply outstanding – I would give it the highest rating possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and warm hospitality.

Julia was an amazing host — she responded very quickly to all our messages and was always happy to help with anything we needed, whether it was extra towels, a sun umbrella, or other small requests. She was very friendly and personal, which made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the charming olive garden — such a peaceful spot to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, close to the airport, city centre and the coast. The room was clean and comfortable and Giusi in reception was so helpful with transport, restaurants and local information. There were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and the beach was a bus ride away. We would be very happy to stay here again.

The property was lovely we were greeted by Simona who gave us our keys and showed us around. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and we had everything we could want plenty of toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities aswell as all we could want for breakfast. There’s not only one thing I could say was best. From beginning until the end of my stay, every single thing was perfect! Rubina helped me from the start by making the room available early in the morning, since my flight early. Also with any questions I had, she would help me out and respond so quickly and with such warmth. The room is spacious, clean and light with anything you need. For me the most important part is a comfortable bed (especially pillows) and a good working bathroom. This place is the best I’ve had in Italy so far! The bedding and towels smell so nice, just like I’m at home. Even the mini fridge was filled with some nice beverages to welcome me. Location wise: it’s perfect. You’re just around the corner of the city center. With that said you should be aware that you can hear traffic in the morning, but at night it was quite quiet honestly! If you travel by public transport: the stop is next to this accommodation. So you’re in the best place to be in Olbia! Also, I was solo traveling as a woman and felt so comfortable, safe and taken care of! I’d love to keep this place a secret gem for myself. But I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

We had a great stay for two days. Super comfortable with small details. We even got food and drinks as a welcome. The terrace is super relaxing. The city center in 5 min by car and some supermarkets are also around. Would definitely recommend it for the price and stay :)
