The view is amazing, everything was okay and we had a good time. The weather was a factor which we could not really plan. Very friendly hosts who responded fast and helped quickly. People we met were very friendly too and it was great food and amazing nature to discover.

The apartment was nice and clean. The guest was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment had everything we needed, considering we were a family of three adults. The parking was just a one-minute walk from the location and the view from the balcony to lake is very beautiful.

A stunning view, terrace with barbecue, surrounded by nature and silence. We didn’t have to ask for anything, the apartment is well furnished. Smart check-in and checkout. The location is great, close to the cosy Verbania and perfect to reach tracking paths. Due to the seasonal opening we couldn’t try the swimming pool but this is one of the reasons we are definitely coming back.

The staff were exceptional, they are wonderfully considerate and very attentive. Many staff were also charming and genuine in their interactions with guests. The housekeeper was fantastic, what a delightful and endearing lady, like wise many of the restaurant staff added to the overall guest experience. Many of the guests had been visiting this hotel for years. All the guests we met were lovely people. There is a real loyalty towards this hotel from historic guests. We met one gentleman from Switzerland who has been visiting for 45 years. Most of the guests we met have been here several times. This is a true testament to the hotel, staff and management. Of course there is the location, fine food to mention but for us the highlight was the people.

Lovely room with antique furniture and all amenities you can think of. Beautiful view from the balcony. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, making sure we would have a perfect stay. Our day couldn't have started better than with breakfast on the sunny terrace with lake view.

First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough.     Great location right on the lake. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. The standard rooms are pretty dated with no added extras like bathrobes/slippers/tissues & the mini bar fridge (which was empty) was in the bathroom! Not sure how you would get down to the swimming pool unless you packed your own robe!

    The appartement is located on a mountain with lots of narrow curves about 1,5 km from the sea - parking and driving is difficult. The view from the little terrace is nice and you have morning sun. The appartement is quite new and friendly with everything you need - but you have to pay extra for bed linnen and towels and taxe etc. etc. which is not mentioned when booking.
