We had a fantastic stay; it was so great that we booked an additional night. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious and we really enjoyed sitting on our own patio. The atmosphere at the property is amazing; it is very green and feels authentic. The staff were really friendly too. The breakfast is outstanding. We had dinner one night in the restaurant, which was a good experience as well. The accomodation is a 10 min drive from Otranto and 35 min from Lecce, which we both visited during our stay.

So happy we've found this place! It ticked all the boxes for us: it was quiet, relaxing and very clean. It is located in a perfect spot for day trips to Otranto, Maglie, Lecce and of course the most beautiful beaches nearby. We live in the UK and we're not used to having sweet breakfast, however the hotel breakfast was fab! Everything is fresh and very tasty. They serve eggs (fried and scrambled), bacon and there is also ham, cheese and rolls to choose from if you are not a fan of croissants and cake first thing in the morning. Coffee is delicious too. The staff in the hotel are truly amazing, genuinely welcoming and lovely people. The lady who serves breakfast is a diamond, she manages this kitchen like a real professional; nothing is ever too much. The apartment is cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. There is a private parking provided for no additional cost. Guirdignano, where the hotel is located, is a small and quiet town but it has a real charm. We ate at 4 restaurants here and the food was very good every time. Thank you so much Bellaria Residence!

I liked everything about this place, but specially the host. They were very nice and very kind. They offered the coffee at any time of the day, and we get to know them more, they were available, helpful, all perfect. Little cats are so cute! The garden was lovely.

First of all if I could give a higher rating then 10 I would. Federico and his family our excellent host. incredibly welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was excellent in the morning being able to have it on the balcony was great the room was a great size and it was close to the Centre of town and the beach both within 10 minutes. would definably stay again when in Otranto. also they provide private parking which is great when you have a car. We had an amazing stay at this place! Monica, Marco, and Andrea made our experience truly unforgettable. Monica and Marco shared fantastic local tips and made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for two nights, but we really regret not staying longer. Everything was perfect, warm hospitality, great atmosphere, and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommended!

    The apartment was exceptionally clean, and it was equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, its spacious layout provided ample room for relaxation. The recommendations provided by the owners were super helpful. It was very easy to find a parking spot right in front of the apartment.

    The whole setting and the staff attentiveness way exceeded our expectations . Pool was lovely and cleaned daily .Definitely book & eat at the on site restaurant ( local food delicious and very good value . Their own grown wine ( white/red or rose )was great served by 1/4,1/2 or 1 L eg 4 € for 1/2 L.Very well situated to spend a few days exploring Lecce/ Leuca and Otranto. Great secure parking at il megalite .
