Friendly and welcoming host. Every fine detail is taken care off to make you feel comfortable and at home. Lovely comfortable room 10 mins walk from the station and 10 mins walk to the stadium. One of the best B&B‘s I have stayed in. Nice bathroom too .

Very friendly owners. Great room and deluxe bathroom. Great parking. Owner very helpful with luggage. Airconditioning. Super breakfast at the fireplace. Too bad we had to move on, otherwise we would have stayed a lot longer.

I really liked the place and general feeling. Rooms are spacious and super comfortable and while maintaining this "older villa-like" feeling it feels modern and comfortable. The location is great! The room has a private bathroom, heating in the room works great (we were there during the winter). The kitchen and the balcony are common spaces to share with others. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, you can leave your food in the fridge, there is also a dishwasher and coffee machine. The view of Tuscany hills from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of a brook. The owner Irene was a wonderful host, she gave us all the necessary information and here energy is very positive, welcoming and warm. We received vouchers for breakfast in a local bar with pastries. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Vinci definitely stole our hearts and we both knew the moment we entered the Bellavelle Rooms, that this is the place we want to return to!

    A wonderful house near Florence. very nice and cozy .. Such an authentic Italian style .. Incredibly beautiful and picturesque .. There is a parking space for cars. But keep in mind that the door to the house closes (may slam), even if you have opened it. Therefore, always take the keys with you when leaving the apartment. And everything is great! we will definitely come back here again for a longer period of time!

    Really great view of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment is huge for the family. The kitchen is well equipped and you can also do BBQ in the garden. If you guys feel lazy to cook there is a pizza delivery service to your apartment. Parking is free so that's another plus points.

    Everything is really well maintained, from the apartment to the outside area, including the pool. Everything is clean and neat. There was enough parking space which was really nice. The owner gave us loads of tips about local events and places in Tuscany to visit, which was really nice!
