Great location, quiet, accessibility to other cities such as Bologna, Modena, Parma, Rimini, Imola etc. The host Piero was great! He recommended us various local trattorias and osterias and was super helpful with any info we required. The room was nice and cosy, the bathroom was great and everything was clean and tidy.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful environment. The owner Andrea was very kind, he welcomed us and gave us many tips on what to see and where to eat in the area. The apartment was extremely clean and warm. You feel like you are at home. The breakfast was excellent. I have been to Italy many times, and this is definitely the best accommodation so far. Great pick on our trip around Italy. Very nice, clean room, it is visible that the owner is taking a very good care of the place. Breakfast were nice, served in winter garden by the host, parking available right next to the house. Great for short term stay.

We booked and checked in very late but this was not a problem at all for Teresa, a flexibilty that we were very grateful for. The communication was fast and easy. Cosy BnB with homemade cake for breakfast. We felt right at home.
