Many thanks to Viktoria and her family for a magical stay! Every morning they brought us fresh and homemade breakfast with a huge variety of savory and sweet treats in addition to coffee and juice. We stayed five nights and every morning there was some new delicious breakfast item to choose from. All served in a beautiful room overlooking the sea. Our room was perfect - beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The views from the windows were unbelievable- the window overlooked the sea and Cetraro Marina located at the bottom of the mountain. You could even see the beach, far below, while seated on the toilet! The location was also great- in Cetraro's medieval center, just a short walk from the piazza, but also up the street from a footpath that led to the train station and the beachy part of town. Overall our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in their BnB (recommending places to see and even offering us rides to and from the train with our luggage) and generally in the little community of Cetraro- I heartily recommend this adorable little BnB.

This is a lovely, comfortable place to stay in Belvedere. Francesco was a friendly host and helpful. He speaks quite good English as well. It was quiet and peaceful. We parked our car easily and safely in the compound at the house. Breakfast was provided for by vouchers to use at a bar down the road, a coffee and croissant of your choice. It’s an easy walk down to the seafront and there are some good restaurants there. There’s a supermarket at the end of the road.

Our room was superb with all the grandeur appropriate to a castle. The room was large and gracious. The spa bath was an unexpected bonus that added to the charm of our stay. The reception & dining area of the Castella di Altomonte is exquisite. These beautifully restored rooms exude style & quality. This was matched perfectly by the food. We really enjoyed talking to our host & this added to our thoroughly enjoyable stay.
