Everything was perfect! We had a standard room with a small swimming pool, the water was warm in it and the view was amazing. The breakfast was very good and the stuff made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10. We totally recommend it.

Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!
