Excellent hotel in Florence! The location is great – in the embassy district, which feels very safe and comfortable for walking around, and only about 10–15 minutes from the historic center (Santa Maria del Fiore). The hotel itself is stylish and beautifully designed – I especially liked the color scheme of the interiors. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and there’s also a bar available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable. Normally I don’t like climate control systems because they work too strongly, but here the temperature was perfectly balanced. The bathroom was spotless, and the guest cosmetics were of great quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of quality, location, and price. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location was superb, 2 min away from the dome and 10min from the SMN train station. The staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and In the evening we enjoyed a glass of prosecco on our terrace.

Lovely, quiet location away from the crowds but easy walk to the Academia, restaurants, and other attractions. Great having cooked to order breakfast each day! Spacious suite, big balcony , large modern bathroom . Host recommended great restaurants. Tram to the airport stopped right out front. Loved having elevator and housekeeping service!
