The apartment is neat and clean, cleaned daily with towel changes. Everything looks new. It has a minimalist style, but you'll find everything you need: a wardrobe, a comfortable bed, a fridge, a TV, good Wi-Fi, and small tables. The bathroom is just as it should be, with gel/shampoo and a hair dryer available. Small details like glasses or a bottle opener were missing, but I don't consider this a downside – the host provided them upon my request. Outside the building, you'll find a private table and two chairs in a shaded area. It is close to the historical city center (5 minutes on foot), and you can walk to the train station (about 20 minutes). A small Italian-style breakfast is served at a nearby bar where you can enjoy a good cappuccino and a nice pasticciotto or a filled croissant. The host is very friendly and communicative. He tried to help us with every matter and even picked us up from the train station. Good value for money.

The owners were just wonderful, as warm as your own family would be, we were taken care of the best way we could imagine. Our room was very clean and lovely with comfortable bed and good AC, it was separate from the main house and the other rooms and gave us enough privacy and nice view.

The location is great for exploring the surrounding area, for those looking to go to baia dei turchi its possible to reach by a 30 minute walk through a beautiful country road The place itself is very beautiful and tranquil perfect for a couple of days stay The staff were very kind and helpful and were making sure we enjoy our stay We recommend having a dinner in their restaurant the food is great, especially their garden appetizer

Comfortable clean rooms, nice and quiet, location just outside the center, but only a 10 min walk. The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms have a cute little patio outside to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Overall, great place!

This brand new apartment is pristine. A high class facility . Francesco is the "host with the most" and cannot do enough for you. The room was luxurious with the best of everything, eg. 3 different types of pillow to choose from. Down, memory foam and/or hollow fibre.. Play your own music via Bluetooth in the wall mounted speakers... Private patio outside with sunbeds. Breakfast inside or outside. Francesco told us what to see, where to go and where to eat. He sent on whats app all the links to places he'd mentioned. He was so polite and attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful (if short) stay. We must come back for longer.

Super great property, it was newly built and everything is nice and clean and tidy. Super nice garden and the house is cute. The owner is super nice, he patiently explained to us the major attractions in the city, nice restaurants to eat and activities to see. The location is at the outskirts of town centre, it is a quite and peaceful location, close to a nice beach and lagoon. Everything was great and the quality and service has greatly exceeded the price. Definitely recommended!

    Very friendly and nice hostess. She knew what we needed before we did ourself - for instance she lent us an umbrella for the sunny days at the beach. She also helped us with free parking. The place was clean and very close (2 minuts) walk to the fantastic beach and 5 min walk to the beautiful old town. We want to go back.

    The room was very spacious. It spreads over 2 floors and outer sitting area. There was A/C on both floors which was very convenient for us. The staff was kind and professional. Big plus to have a private parking lot. It is strategically located as it is only a few minutes away from the old town by car and a 25 minute walking (which is the only way to get there) distance to a pristine rocky beach. Simple Italian breakfast was nice to have in the mornings.

    We were greeted nicely by the hosts and were given a ticket for free parking on a parking lot right next to the apartment. The breakfast was extraordinary. i never had something like that in a b&b in southern italy. Also everything was spotlessly clean and our beds were made every day. We really loved our stay!
