We had a top tower room which was huge and kind of empty. The room had a medieval atmosphere with huge wooden roof beams visible. The added bathroom was OK, nice towels and good toiletries, everything working properly. Initially the room served as the defense tower platform and was converted in a room sometimes after the defense needs wasn't there anymore.
