This is a lovely, comfortable place to stay in Belvedere. Francesco was a friendly host and helpful. He speaks quite good English as well. It was quiet and peaceful. We parked our car easily and safely in the compound at the house. Breakfast was provided for by vouchers to use at a bar down the road, a coffee and croissant of your choice. It’s an easy walk down to the seafront and there are some good restaurants there. There’s a supermarket at the end of the road.

We stayed here as our first accommodation on a trip around the whole of Calabria. First of all, there is a private parking space right below the apartment, which was very convenient. When entering the room from the spacious terrace with an ocean view, we found the living area to be several times more stylish, modern, and new-looking than what we had seen in the pictures. The bedroom had plenty of storage, and everything you’d need for a longer stay was provided — from seasonings to detergents, truly everything was there. Unfortunately, during our stay the wind was very strong, so the waves at the nearby beach were quite high. While the kids enjoyed it, I didn’t feel like going into the sea myself. Luckily, we were able to relax by the beautifully maintained pool on the property instead. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby, so it’s perfect for those traveling by car. 'll also mention how beautiful the sunset looks from the terrace.

I recently stayed at Il Gabbiano B&B in Cittadella del Capo and had an exceptional experience. The B&B offers great value for money with clean rooms, ample toiletries, and thoughtful touches like providing a crib for our toddler. The location was ideal for us, just a 5-minute drive from Palazzo del Capo where we attended a wedding. Although you need a car to get around and there’s no parking provided, we managed easily with friends picking us up. The hosts at Il Gabbiano B&B went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Alessandro greeted us warmly and inquired about our breakfast preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. The breakfast, prepared by Alessandro and his wife Monica, was outstanding with sweet and savory options and even baby yogurt for our child. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the B&B, and the overall service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Cittadella del Capo, Il Gabbiano B&B is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.
