It's original use was as a mill, and the original stone press is retained, together with the well and other implements of the time, as an interesting feature of the ground floor. The decoration of the suites is very tasteful. The hosts could not be more friendly and helpful, and happy to sit and chat with the guests in the extensive and pleasant garden.
