Very well located and very cozy apartment with free parking at main square. Close to local coffee shop, the place has it all you need for a cozy stay. Kitchen well equipped. The staff very helpful and responsive , as we got lost hills of Montepulciano and were late to arrive.

An absolute dream stay at I colli dei frati! 🌿⛪️ From the very first moment, we felt this was a special place: surrounded by greenery, with a peaceful atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the church – simply magical. The apartment is spacious, full of light, and decorated with so much love that you immediately feel at home. Warm colors, perfectly clean rooms, and every detail thoughtfully arranged – from the fully equipped kitchen to the ironing board, everything you might need is there. The terrace is a little paradise: comfortable seating, calm all around, and nature at your doorstep. Safe parking makes everything easy and stress-free. The host is a true gem – warm, attentive, and welcoming, yet never intrusive. We were even greeted with a lovely local treat on the table, which made us feel immediately cared for. 💛 The location is excellent: only a couple of minutes to the center of Sinalunga, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and gas stations close by. With a car it’s perfect; on foot a bit of a climb, but the view and serenity are more than worth it.

Everything was perfect!! Could not recommend more. Location, rooms, breakfast, everything was incredible. The owner was so lovely, our flight was really early in the morning. She woke up especially for us to make us coffee & give us a goodie bag. Highly recommend!!

    It was the best! Marcela is perfect host. Apartment is really well equiped. It has everything what you can imagine. The city is typical tuscanian city. Neighours were also nice. Perfect parking. We loved the patio as our kid was able to be outside while still in the appartment. Totally recommend.

    It’s more than a room, rather like a small apartment with all necessary amenities (bathroom, fully equipped kitchen). Great for a night or for a longer stay. Room was exceptionally clean and smelled very nicely. Self check-in was very easy, parking was convenient. Hosts left us a personal letter with all necessary information. Samples of great hair cosmetics was a nice final touch.

    A very roomy and tasteful decorated apartment. The kitchen was fully functional. The living area had a spacious sofa. The bathroom facilities were fine, if a bit cramped in that charming Old World tradition. Plenty of parking right across the street, and around the corner on the market day.
