We loved the room, it was elegant and finely decorated. It was a really nice place to come back to at the end of the day.It was all very comfortable, the apartment has a nice living area where you can stop for a coffee or tea.

It is a beautiful building, all clean and at its place, very nice welcoming by Stefania who we thank a lot. Easy check-in and check-out, clean, spacious rooms, good AC, beautiful garden, parking place at the property, general a comforting and good experience. We are sorry we could stay only one night.

A wonderful stay at the Villa on my "Via di Francesco". The Villa is between Trevi and Spoleto in Poreta and is a great place to relax in rural italy after the busy Towns. Beautifull Villa with a very spacious room. The host is very helpfull and offered me the choice of either have a local make me a simple diner or bring me to a restaurant. I did chose the simple dinner (bread, tomato, egg, vegetable pie) which was a delight.

Above all we loved the village of Ponte. Charming place with an absolutely fantastic view of Borgo Cerreto and Cerreto di Spoleto on the hill opposite. The appartment itself, located in the church squate, is nice, more than big enough, clean, with a functional kitchen. Travelling with bicycles we appreciated the possibility to store them in a garage.

Although a bit challenging to get there in the last 500m, the effort paid off big time. Accommodation was excellent, super relaxed, breathtaking views and Walter an awesome host. He even did a quick tour of the surroundings to show us 13th century church afrescos and 4.000 years old rupestre paintings. Location also very good, first nice place after a tiring hike leaving Spoleto. And he shared his meal with us so we didn’t have to go out.
